PEGASUS Zero-Emissions Residential Ship

Included

The following items are included in the Yearly Fee:

• Travel aboard the Ship according to the Ship’s itinerary
• The ongoing maintenance of the Ship (including dry-dock)
• Upkeep, repairs, improvements, and necessary renovations of the Residence
• Propulsion system maintenance and improvements
• Fuel and lubricants
• Ship management and daily operations
• On-ship and off-ship staff, crew, and contractors
• Food in all of the Ship’s restaurants open to Residents and when open for service. Food acquired at the Ship’s onboard market for reasonable personal use on the Ship.
• The following beverages: Coffee, espresso, cappuccino, macchiato, latte, cocoa, tea, infusions, soft drinks, and water bottled aboard the Ship
• Private Chef and Steward service in the Residence for a minimum of one meal per week
• Transfers to shore, where permitted and safely feasible
• Ship concierge/guest services
• Daily housekeeping and laundry services
• Use of the communal amenities and services, such as the fitness and sports facilities, pools, Jacuzzis, saunas, business centre, and basic amenities of the spa (excluding services)
• Onboard entertainment in lounges and many of the shows and concerts in the Ship’s theatres. Specialty performances may be available in the theatres at additional charge.
• Many of the Ship’s enrichment programs
• Use of boats, vehicles, and hovercraft operated by the Ship’s crew when excursions with these craft are part of the Ship’s inclusive itinerary. Residents, Authorised Residence Users, and Rental Users wishing to requisition a pleasure craft for private use may do so at additional charge, if such pleasure craft are available.
• Use of land vehicles operated by the Ship’s crew when used as part of the Ship’s inclusive itinerary. Requisitions of land vehicles may be possible at additional charge, if such vehicles are available.
• Certain excursions by one or more of the Ship’s excursion yachts, if the excursion is part of the Ship’s inclusive itinerary. Some specialty excursions and expeditions will be available at additional charge.
• Scuba diving and certifications when offered by the crew of the Ship. Third-party guided scuba dives may be available in certain areas at additional charge.
• Photography and videography services when offered by the crew of the Ship
• Guided tours and specialty lectures when offered by the crew of the Ship
• Internet services standard for a ship. Large-scale business use may be available at additional charge.
• Satellite TV
• Electric services customary to residential use. No crypto mining or other high–energy consuming activities are allowed on the Ship.
• Water, sewage, and trash
• Harbor fees, canal fees, Company’s legal fees and administrative fees, taxes, liability insurance, administration fees

Excluded

Not included in the Yearly Fee but available a la carte:

• Certain specialty food items including but not necessarily limited to caviar, certain types of foie gras, Kobe beef, and other extremely expensive delicacies
• Specialty food items, including but not necessarily limited to truffles and foie gras, in quantities beyond those used by the Ship’s chefs for taste and decoration
• Alcoholic beverages, fresh juices, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
• Helicopter, other aircraft, and submarine use
• Specialty expeditions and excursions; third-party excursions
• Special programs
• Spa and beauty salon services and treatments, certain wellness programs
• Specialty performances of the arts
• Specialty services, including but not limited to personal concierge, custom seamstress, and personal assistant
• Private school and day-care services
• Any medical treatments provided by doctors and nurses on board. Management will invoice Resident directly or invoice Resident’s insurance company, as requested by Resident
• Satellite phone calls
• Internet services in excess of a certain amount of data per residence per day
• Resident’s medical, liability, property, and other insurance to cover Resident’s possible losses or claims
