Like Nothing Else On Earth

The Ship offers 300 private homes, ranging in size from 59.57 m² (1,718 ft²) to an extraordinary 2,437 m² (26,234 ft²).

Select a 1-, 2-, or 3-story residence from among 20 spacious floor plans, all with versatile, open, flow-through layouts and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors providing expansive ocean views throughout.

Every floor plan has one or more large private balconies and interior ceiling heights of 2.75 meters (9 feet) and above, a fully equipped gourmet chef’s kitchen, an oversized bathtub or Jacuzzi and steam shower, and a den, library, or dedicated office.

Four 3-story Penthouses, perched in a prime forward location atop the Ship, redefine opulence at sea. Each of these world-traveling estates includes two dramatic interior/exterior stories featuring vaulted ceilings, multiple terraces, and an outdoor Bali bed. The third-story exterior private roof deck includes a pool and Jacuzzi, cabanas, and a private landing pad for a helicopter or VTOL aircraft. Penthouses also have direct access to the SkyWay intraship transportation system for ease of movement around the Ship and receive priority privileges for use of the Ship’s aircraft.

With 10,000 bottles in the Ship’s 4-story climate- and humidity-controlled wine tower (and 90,000 more in the cellar), Residents will also enjoy the largest fine wine collection at sea.
